Real time content delivery

The content on our screens is delivered in real time through a dedicated broadband internet connection. This means that the practice management can update the messages on the screen live to keep patients informed about such things as changes to waiting times or doctor absence.

Because the screens are live, we can monitor each site to ensure that the screen is turned on and is playing properly. We can also provide advertisers with real time play stats so that they can find out at any time how often their advertisement is playing. Unlike other screen providers, we aim to ensure that advertisers get the play time they have paid for.

By logging in to their client account on our website, advertisers can see the total number of plays their advert has received, the daily average number of plays and the time that their advert last played on the screen.

High quality equipment and robust content delivery systems

We supply, install and service all of the equipment used in our screen system. Our standard screen size is 40 inches, which allows text on the screen to be read comfortably at a distance of 25 feet, but we also fit larger screens where this is required.

All the equipment we install is of professional display standard and we use new equipment for every installation. We also maintain and replace faulty equipment to ensure that screens are kept running at all times.

We mainatain our own dedicated webserver with full off-line back-up and all screens are connected to our Virtual Private Network. All client sites have access to our software support service which supplies them with everything they need to run the screens properly.

We want our clients to get a good response from advertising with us. Our "Tell them we sent you" campaign runs on all of our screens and is backed up with take away cards available at every location. All advertisers are listed on the NBTVlocal website so that anyone who sees your advertisement on one of our screens can follow up and get your contact details.
