Once you place an order for a screen advertisement, we provide you with a password to log into your account on our website. From here you will be able to use our design wizzard to set up your advert specifications.

After we have started playing the advert on our screens, your control panel will display real-time data on the number and frequency of plays that your advert has received.

Advert production

We design the artwork for your advertisement using one of our design templates. We will ask you to select a template from our gallery and we will use this as the basis for the design.

You can preview our design templates by clicking on the links on the left. Each template comes in a 15 second and 30 second version and can be customised with your company logo and colours. We can use your images in the design or supply professional images from our image bank.

We can also produce a one-off design for your advertisement using your own specification but there will be a charge for this type of artwork production.

Design approval

After we have created a design for your advertisement, you will be able to log in to your account on our website to view the design. From here you can approve the advert or request changes. The advert will begin playing on the screens you have booked as soon as you approve it.

Ongoing maintenance

Once your advertisement has started playing on our screens, we are happy to make changes to the text provided that the changes don't require a complete redesign of the advert layout. If you change the company phone number or website address, for instance, we can get those changes incorporated into the screen advert at no extra cost to you.

All of our advertisement designs have a final "call to action" banner and you can use this to promote seasonal special offers by getting us to change the wording as appropriate.
